The lack of amenities in comparison to the average Comfort Suites, or a similar hotel, was surprising for a hotel that looked this nice. It was always really noisy at random intervals throughout my stay, whether that was people talking in other rooms or doors constantly opening and slamming shut. The bathroom also seemed to not have a working fan, so I think mold was growing on the bathroom ceiling?

Ellos dicen q tienen un coffee shop en el hotel, no especifican el nombre y resulta ser q es un Starbucks 😐. La piscina estaba abierta, pero sucia, tampoco vi que tuviera algún filtro encendido. No pudimos usarlo porque no estaba en condiciones apropiadas.

This was a very disappointing stay at the Hyatt first i had originally book a king room when we arrive i was given 2 queen beds they said because they were fully booked they couldn’t give us a king bed the room had a very musty smell. The lighting in the room was almost non existent It was so dark will all the lights on, the shower door was very hard to open and close, it had dirty feel to it. Then one of the outlets next to the bed which worked when we first arrived, stopped working on Saturday we had a wedding to attend and while we were getting ready the air conditioning in the rooms were not blowing cold air so i was pretty much soaked in sweat by the time i was ready to go to the wedding The hotel told us it would be fixed and it was but not til later that evening so my stay was not a very good one and i will NOT be staying at a Hyatt hotel anytime in the near future

Simply wonderful hotel! My one comment is that the rooms temperature is not controlled by the thermostat in the room. It was a bit warm and humid, it a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was not included. Due to the gathering during the weekend the parking was horrendous. My husband couldn’t get through due to people parking in non parking spots. Parking was awful that weekend. Other than that, stay was nice.
