Don’t go to this particular location.

When we checked in, they had a $50 incidental which is normal and then they had an additional $158 hold they could not explain. The hotel is below par in appearance they had one elevator working. The breakfast and coffee were very disappointing. We stay at the Hyatt quite a bit. This particular location did not represent Hyatt quality.

The staff was excellent and the free breakfast was good. The beds were clean and comfortable plus they granted me a late stay for the next day since we got in so late. You can tell that it is an older hotel that really needs updating. The room smelled a little stale and didn’t feel clean. That’s probably because it needs to be updated. The area that the hotel is located in is perfect, the staff is great, now they just need the rooms to feel wiped down, clean and sanitized. Some paint touch up, steam clean the couches, replace the carpet, lighting, a few more things here or there and I would give it 5 stars.
