For the price, this hotel served my purposed of a place to stay during my 2 day business trip, but I was not overly impressed. Staff was friendly. My accessible room was huge - too big for my needs and the furniture provided, and didn't feel homey. Coffee at breakfast was good - the rest of the food just average.

This complaint is for Expedia and Embassy Suites Midtown! Neither one assisted with rectifying their wrong doings! Upon arriving and going to my room around 9:30pm, it was immediately clear that the hotel gave my family a studio suite instead of a one-bedroom suite. I immediately went to the front desk and was told the fault was on Expedia and there were no other rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. I immediately called Expedia and was told that at first they would rectify the situation but that never happened! After speaking with 3 representatives (a male customer service rep, specialist named Gijham, and a Supervisor named Jacqueline) and being on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours, I was hung up on by the Supervisor! Now 1am the next day, we had to get another reservation at a different hotel on our own at our expense! Expedia did not value my best interest as a long standing customer! I'm disappointed at the actions of their customer service and the Supervisor!

Staff was rude except the bartender. It was no sheets on the sofa bed and when I asked for some I was told housekeeping was closed. So I had to give my son the sheets off my bed smh. The sink was broken, the couch was FILTHY!! The refrigerator was broke down and dirty as well. Hilton did nothing about it!!! Stay AWAYYY!!

Ok, but just barely

Breakfast was amazing, staff was great, location was good, convenient to Georgia Tech. Housekeeping could step it up. Makeup stains on the back of the bathroom door, scuff marks on walls, queen mattress pad on a king bed. I know housekeeping is given a short time to turn over the room, but management needs to reassess. Maybe take 1 room a day, all hands on deck and deep clean that room. Charges 100/night deposit, not mentioned on the website. Companion's TV did not work first night, no offer to move them to another room.

Amazing Staff and Management

While they were overbooked and we had to wait to.see if they even had a room, the manager went above and beyond to accomodate us. Mistakes happen, it is how we deal with them that makes the difference and this lady was top notch! The FREE Breakfast was fantastic, the dining staff even came out to check that everyone's food was delicious and be sure everyone was done before closing. The parking garage and elevators were even clean and well-kept.
