The staffs very welcoming all departments. Foods and happy hours outstanding. Room nice. We one had issues that no where you see that you have to pay for parking and 100.00 deposit.

When I arrived in my room the air conditioner was not working properly. I call front desk to let her know. She said someone will be there to check it out but no one ever showed up. So me and my children had to sleep in a stuffy room all night

I liked the location and openness of the hotel. What I didn't like was being in a room (118) that would not cool. The refrigerator wouldn't cool either. Awful!!! Why would you put someone in that room knowing it doesn't get below 74 degrees?!

This property is not what it really seems. The room is outdated with furniture especially for the price that is charged. There were also 2 roaches in the bathroom which was ridiculous. Also, the deposit online and over the phone said $50 a night I was charged $100 a night for a deposit!! An updated policy needs to go into place and new furniture. The staff was very nice although we did not get any new towels or another blanket that was requested.

Very nice, clean and spacious with great food options! But have to dock a star for a couple things - got awoken at 3:45 am with knocking on the door, then to my horror, the sound of the door opening. Opened the door to the living suite and the lights had been turned on. Couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Reported it in the morning it and they said there was an issue with check-in so the room showed as vacant and got assigned to someone else and that this was the 3rd incident that night. Also for a 5 star rating would have liked to be able to make the bedroom cooler, and the light in the shower was uncomfortably white and bright like a hospital which wasn't the most relaxing when trying to unwind in the shower.
