Was interrogated by the front desk when asking for help. We had a group of us staying in different hotels, and one mode of transportation. The front desk woman decided we needed to be interrogated when we were dropping off our bags to our room. As customer, I don't appreciate paying for a place and being treated as a child. When confronted about it, she kept being intrusive, asking for things to be explained to her that were not her business and refused to give a way to identify herself so we could report it to management. Horrible Service... No accountability.

The room was extremely dated. The bed was lumpy and it delt cheap. Very dated furniture. Cheap accommodations for soap and shampoo. Felt very muc hlike a very cheap motel

Although not listed on their page in the Expedia mobile app (iOS), they charge a $75 incidental fee. This is non-negotiable and they will not make any exceptions for you not being made aware of it. Due to this blindside, I didn’t even get to stay at the room I paid for.
