We arrived early but they allowed us to check in and even went the extra mile by calling housekeeping to get our upgraded room ready ASAP. We stepped out and waited about 15-20 minutes and then received a phone call that it was ready. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are wonderful!
