Christopher at the front desk was soooo personable and a pleasure to chat with. My sheets had stains but reception sent fresh ones immediately. It was quiet my entire stay. I would only complain about the wait at the elevator. They are down one elevator with renovations. I will revisit.

The hotel was right next to where our son lives so it was very convenient. The parking was easy and felt safe. The hotel was clean and the room was modern and quiet. We did not like it that the sink in the hotel room was outside of the bathroom. You could not turn on the light for the toilet without waking up the person sleeping, They need real creamer for their coffee. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

At checkin the representative was short and proved zero information about the hotel. I had to ask about parking. Overall property was nice. The room we were given the A/C did not work nor did the phone to call the front desk. Same rep didn’t apologize only provided excuses. Then finally offered another room. Not a huge deal things happen. Next day both elevators are down having to walk to opposite side of building. Then our parking pass stopped working had go back to front desk. Once again nothing from the rep. Just hands it back said it should work. Maybe if the rep had some personality or acknowledged the issues it would have made a big difference

This hotel is super close to aquarium. Which was great. Only 1 elevator was working. The bar only offered only 3 or 4 options for food. They were out of the other 7 or 8 items. The staff was very nice and accommodating
