The OU in is my favorite hotel!!! Their updates are so nice the rooms are always clean the staff is always helpful and friendly! The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and so fun to relax in! They’ve even thought of all the little touches like a water bottle filler in the lobby! We’ll be back again next year!

The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. We arrived late to check in due to our flights being delayed and were great at 12:30 am as if it were 12:30 pm. The room was really large and updated and the outside ground area was a great way to cool off a bit in the evening. The pub and restaurant were both delicious and so not pass up the beignets.

Check-in staff was young and seemed confused. Said my credit card didn't go thru, despite my room being pre-paid. She also didn't recognize my VIP status and was actually going to downgrade the room, until I showed her the VIP perks for this stay. I did ultimately get an upgraded room, which was very nice. The restaurant/bar staff were not attentive and took close to 30 minutes to get any sort of acknowledgment, a menu or any service. No complaints about the hotel itself, but the staff seemed a bit lacking this trip.

The bed sheets felt old and itchy. The lobby allowed a family birthday party! It was loud and disrespectful. Lack of management to handle situation. Front Desk didn’t know what to do, she allowed it.
