It was our second time at this establishment. Rooms are comfortable and clean and staff responsive. The breakfast is a bit limited- no vegetarian options , not even hot oatmeal. Coffee choices in room are questionable - some folks like good regular coffee not espresso. There is a great coffee shop across the street from the hotel.

Overall 5 star we were here for our daughter’s track meet. The manager and front desk staff was super polite. The man the cooked the breakfast was so polite he kept that dining area extra clean and stocked up. Keep up the good work guys. I’ll stay here again if we ever travel there again.

Quick trip, corner room facing back parking lot. Stayed once before, could hear lots of noise from people next door, corner room Was quiet (or just the people next to us). Clean room, comfortable

The staff was awesome. Hotel looked new, very clean. The only downside was that the hotel is very noisy. The bar is on the 5th floor overlooking the harbor, which is cool, but all you hear all night is stomping, chairs moving, and loud music. Im a fan of bars, but not in my hotel room while im trying to sleep. Limited parking as well.

A new property right on the river in the historic area of Ashtabula which gives the hotel a really cool retro/modern vibe. A number of restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance and the Sky Bar & Cafe on the top floor look over the river and historic bridge. I stayed in the depths of a cold snap but I’m sure in warmer months there’s lots of activity on the river and along the main drag. Really enjoyed my stay.

Trendy Cozy Stay

This was a very nice new modern hotel. Beautifully decorated. Very nice and friendly staff. Comfy and clean room. Nice warm continental breakfast. Parking situation was kind of weird. The sidewalk on the side of the building was very slick due to ice and snow.
