Amazing place

The best medicine in the world to relax your mind if you are a businessman or either you just wanna run away from the children with your wife it’s the only place in the world that’s on vacation and I didn’t need to use my phone. I didn’t care about the phone..

Great staffed, only thing a bit isolated so rent a car if you are staying here uber might not always be an option. The staff was great evelyn the coordinator was great she helped booked many excursions for us

Very good location - easy to go into La Fortuna and other attractions. Out room is the Volcano Room which is basically a duplex connected with another half of villa. It is the front row of the villas with direct volcano cone view off the patio (we only see the volcano once in three days due to cloud and rain in the rainy season) the room is spacious, clean and well equipped with an oversized washroom. The management also provided a chocolate plate as a welcome gift, which is a nice touch. However we found the hot springs ponds not warm enough ( which was improved the next two days) the regular hot tub is much warmer in comparison…also the included breakfast is under par with non fresh fruits and foods. We still tipped the omelette station anyhow.
