Beautifully decorated and welcoming. Spacious room with extra area with TV and sofa. Comfortable beds. Typical breakfast - good coffee. A delightful place to stay.

I’ve never paid so much for such a disappointing stay. The shower water pressure was so strong that it hurt my skin and the tub would not drain. It could not be adjusted. There was so fan in the bathroom so the entire area fogged up and even mirrors/tv screens in the actual room. I used the hair dryer and a bad smell came from the outlet, and when I removed it the tongs were hot enough to burn me. I checked in late at 11:30 but somehow at 1:30 it was still noisy enough on my hall to wake me out of sleep. Dealing with the front desk over the phone was also enormously difficult. No one answers the phone. In person they are not very professional and were having personal conversations and yelling across the room at each other.
