Vallet parking was a joke. Late arrival told us to leave car and they would move. Hour later (12:15 am) they called us to move our car. Vallet went home.

Location is pretty good with shuttle to DCA and Metro station. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. The room is clean and quiet, but their mattress needs some upgrades.

Parking is very expensive. This is a very nice place to stay specially with family. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms are big, very clean. Breakfast is great. The only concern I have is the black lady who worked there on Saturday morning 4/19/25 was unpleasant, she was not nice. I was asking her about checkout time and parking fees but the way she was responding to me was inappropriate I think she needs more training because she is there because of the customers.

Terrible Customer Service Daily Problems

Customer service was very bad, no one answers the front desk phone at ANY TIME of the day. They are not that busy. When I brought issues to their attention I was answered with excuses with no solution. No one every smiles and it is very obvious that the people who work their are unhappy with their jobs. I was there for 2 and a half weeks it seemed like every time I went to the front desk another guests was complaining about something. Parking is $44 a day. Even thought they give you a keycard to open the gate, it rarely works. I am a frequent traveler and I have never experienced such unapologetic bad customer service. ! day after I left I received a call from the hotel telling me that they charged me for an additional day because the housekeeper told them that I had extended my stay. The housekeeper! When she knocked on my door I told her that I was given a late check out. I had already checked out and had returned to Los Angeles. They never checked. They took the word of the housekeeper who spoke limited English, and charged me for an additional day. Unbelievable!!!

We were returning guests for a family friendly conference. We love this hotel, the hardworking friendly staff and the neighborhood. Can't wait to to back! Fabulous kitchen facilities, yummy breakfast and very comfortable room.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked and organized. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend it. The hotel shuttle is slow, I had to wait 30 minutes for him to show up. He didn’t make a complete stop. The service could accommodate guest that leave before 5 a.m.

Nice staying here for a night. Room was clean, but small though. Never mind for a night. Breakfast options were good. Only complaint was for car parking fees. Could have been waived for residents.
