Magnifique endroit dans un superbe quartier. C'était parfait!

My husband and I stayed for a week. Great service and very clean and modern looking. It is in a very safe area. We had no issues. Less than 10 min walk from Sagrada Família. Our room was cleaned every day and they had the mini fridge conveniently stocked up with drinks and snacks. They refilled it every time we took something out. Staff knows multiple languages. We spoke to them in both English and Spanish. Lobby also has a nice seating/waiting area, great for waiting on taxis. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent, good service and v neat and clean. Lovely view from the balcony. Only downside is the pool was not big as expected or shown in the picture.

Location of the property is great to walk places. But it’s part of town that gets pretty sketchy at night though. Good AC and decent bed but sheets not soft. Also not amazing breakfast. In the states this hotel would be rated four stars. I would not stay there again even though nothing big came up. I don’t like all the trash around the hotel at night smells bad and I think breakfast should be really fresh options at a five star hotel.

Reserved 3 rooms for me and my family 410,411, and 505 three months ago. Air conditioner for room 411 was not working for the stay. Complaint to the hotel but did nothing and was impossible to be in the room. The hotel dis nothing to fix the issue. Reservation was from 8/3 to 8/5.
