Awesome stay. 10/10 would be back

The room was ok the bed covers under the covers need to be changed they were stained badly other than that the staff was friendly, I didn’t eat the breakfast and it was very quiet

We were just driving through and needed to stay overnight. Parking garage was well lit and felt safe, although littered with cigarette butts. Front desk staff was friendly and immediately available. Room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the casino, pool or restaurants while there. The room door had a gap at the bottom and seemed off because the deadbolt would not lock. I had to use just the chain lock that folds sideways as the sole lock. Overall I would stay here again if driving through Shreveport.

Nice place very affordable nice new rooms

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. The parking was good and the location was convenient. But, the bathroom needed a lot of attention. The bathtub was very slick without a mat and my husband fell. The shower had to be put on the highest setting to get enough hot water to be comfortable. The lavatory had no working cold water. Much could be done to update the bathroom.
