It was the worst 4 days ever! Noisy refrigerator, toilet didn’t flush properly and I tried to contact management twice and no luck😏

Pools were out of service dry dissatisfied was not noted upon making reservation thank you

I WAS IN THE BED AND A MAN FROM HOUSE KEEPING JUST OPENED MY DOOR UP, HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK NOT ONE TIME,,THE STAFF,IS NOT,,NOT,,NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL,,THEY ARE VERY HATEFUL PEOPLE,,ONE OF THEM TOLD LIES.

Clean room friendly staff excellent services

Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Very Nice room! I travel a lot and this place was somewhere I'd recommend to anyone!

Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.

Very clean, daily clean towels, but no coffee 😕 maker in the room.

Beautiful Riverwalk is right outside the door. Great staff, clean room.
