The front desk person was zero help. The shower didn’t drain so you stand ankle deep after, the only bright spot was the shuttle driver who was very nice and helpful

La attencion fue 10 de 10 , Don Nacho y Elias ,y Reynaldo nos isieron sentir como en Familia ,el desayuno fue riquisimo y la jamaica estaba bien sabrosa y toda su comida en el menu, fui ha caminar por la mañana y me acompanaron sus perritos fue una caminata por la playa que siempre recordare, definitivamente volveremos otra vez.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff provided outstanding service and were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Security was excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, with great options available. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the room and common areas clean, organized, and well-maintained. The accommodations were comfortable, spacious, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every area. The excellent service, strong security, quality food, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations made my experience truly memorable. I would gladly stay here again.
