Our trip here was disappointing. We had booked a room with 2 beds, and got there and our room had 1 bed. Maybe that's Expedia's fault, but it feels like the hotel ought to check their listing. And they didn't have any 2 bed rooms available. When I took a shower, the soap didn't want to come off, nor did the shampoo - I guess they have hard water. (I didn't have the same problem when I washed my hands elsewhere in town.) We tried to go to the hotel breakfast. There was a long line waiting at the waffle maker, because the premade stuff (eggs or bacon or whatever) was completely empty. We wound up walking down the street to somewhere else.

Got to the room, started to unpack, and noticed that when you sat on the bed, the lights went out. pulled the mattress back to see if it was hitting the electrical outlet, and was revealed that the electrical outlet was barely seated into the wall, and the plug was half out of the wall. Indeed, when the mattress was pulled back, it was obvious from the immense about of dirt and garbage that it had not been cleaned in a very long time. In fact, there was a note left in the same space by a previous occupant that commented how long it had been since it had been cleaned. I didn't venture to grab the note due to the filth under the bed. When we asked for a different room, the attendance was extremely understanding and did his best, but there were no rooms left. We had to leave this hotel and book another, which of course cost more money than if we had been able to book earlier. Disappointing.

The toilet in the bathroom was filthy. The area at the bottom was covered with pee and debris and the lid of the tank looked like it hadn’t been wiped in days. The drawers were loaded with sheets and there was no where to put clothes. The bedskirt was bunched up and between the mattress and boxed springs so it was difficult to tell if it was a sheet or what it was. The room looked it hadn’t been swept. We would have refused to stay but because we booked through Expedia, we would not be refunded. Will never use Expedia again.

The bed was comfortable although the pillows were small. The shower was good but no fan so the room became very humid. Tv was awful with no internet connection options. Much of the decor was old and shabby. The restaurant attached was closed. So was the pool.

Ok if you just need a decent bed and nothing else.

The hotel was fine. The room was sufficient and clean. They advertised a full hot breakfast. The waffle maker was broken as was the juice machine. The hot food probably would not pass a temp test from the health inspector. The pool was closed for some reason. While that didn’t bother us, it was not communicated either. They welcome gift was a nice touch.

Not good quality for the price

Was pretty dated, kind of dirty. No one at the lobby counter to greet us at check in, had to wait a bit for the clerk to return. Breakfast not great, many items that were supposed to be offered were not available (eggs, juice).
