Ok, so I learned my lesson. The 100% digital check in process is something I’ll never do again. We had so many issues with getting our access code on time, and getting an access code that worked. This left us waiting outside of the building for like 20 minutes trying to get in touch with the staff to help us get in. It was bad. Otherwise the hotel is fine and in a great location on campus.

The downtown Ann Arbor are was amazing. The A2 Exhibit was just beautiful easy instructions and everything was extremely clean and everything you can think of was provided.

The apartment was very nice comfortable. But the big problem was the window shades didn’t block the night time street lights. It was very very very light all night long. Do not stay here if you need a dark room to sleep. Mana ment could correct by installing block out shades.
