​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magnificent Honeymoon Savior – Truly a Home Away from Home! ​After a disappointing experience with our initial accommodation that was not up to par for our honeymoon, MaxStays completely came to our rescue! ​From the moment we arrived at the Max Pavilion @ The Venice Residences, we knew we were in good hands. The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. ​What stood out during our stay: ​The Room: Spotlessly clean, highly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, stress-free stay. ​The Location: Outstanding. Having premier shops and excellent dining options right nearby made exploring incredibly convenient. ​The Amenities & Staff: The property features fantastic facilities, including a wonderful pool area, and the overall management and staff were helpful and attentive. ​This property truly saved our honeymoon and made our time in Manila incredibly special. The staff at Prince Plaza II were consistently courteous, friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their warm service throughout our stay. However, both elevators were out of service while we were on Level 12. Walking up and down the stairs several times a day was genuinely difficult in the heat and humidity, especially with small grocery bags. Management needs to improve maintenance of the building, including the rooms, to match the good service provided by the staff.

It is a great hotel for the price. Yes, the room needs renovation but the location is great. The rooftop bar is better the the City Garden Grand hotel and I’m Hotel that are across the street. The breakfast is fantastic. It is better than the City Garden Grand hotel in taste and quality. Compared to I’m Hotel. More selection and choices. Overall, the front desk staff is very professional unlike St. Giles hotel that is next to City Garden Makita hotel. St. Giles front desk staff are unprofessional when you have an issue with hotel such breakfast being charged when it should be included when you booked. Also, charge on towel and bedsheet when there are minor stain already there. St. Giles does not accept any blames in their policy. Whereas City Garden Makita will try to resolve issues when arise.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
