Was fine enough for a one night stay. Was definitely dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was kind of chaotic. Wasn’t sure what time check out really was… I assumed it was 10, but housekeeping opened up our room at 9:30.

This hotel is awful - the pictures belie reality. It is NOT well maintained, maid service is non-existent (they even tell you not to expect daily cleaning), the rooms are dingy and smelly. The AC unit in our room was loud, smelly and sputtery - blowing right across our faces at night, the air made us sick. The health department should probably inspect. The AC unit in the room above us leaked into our room, and it was obvious that it wasn't the first time that had happened. There were no other rooms available, so no option to move. It's located in a noisy part of town, where bar patrons spill out into the street at all hours, fighting and yelling. There was a drag race in the middle of the night, two nights in a row. Avoid this hotel, the owners (a cruise line?) have completely given up on this property - they don't use the restaurant except to offer stale, dry bread and muffins in the morning. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but our experience was truly that awful, so I hope to spare others, especially since it's so expensive.

This hotel is in a great walkable area. The rooms are a little older but very comfortable beds. The noise from outside was the worst. Cars racing down the road all night.

This is an older hotel like very clean. The breakfast is Continental but pleasant. We were most impressed with staff service. Our sank was not draining and we called at 9:00 in the evening. A repairman came immediately and fixed it. So all was good

The breakfast was a few muffins or toast that took 2 minutes in the toaster. Coffee was terrible. Our room was so dirty-we even found a walking stick next to the bed? Very odd. The balcony door barely shut so we heard traffic all night, along with anyone in the hallway AND neighboring rooms. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower/tub was so dirty. The carpet was dirty-our socks were filthy from walking around. There were stains on the pillows and sheets.

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel, las puertas no funcionan, solo la entrada del estacionamiento, las habitaciones a pesar de estar limpias huelen mal, renovar las alfombras les caería bien. El personal de recepción no es nada servicial. Teóricamente incluye desayuno, sin embargo acudimos a las 9 y ya no había mas que pan tostado, café y unos pan dulces. Al preguntar a una persona de servicio muy molesto comento que ya eran las 9:00, sin embargo el servicio menciona que termina a las 10:00 y otro huesped comento que ni a las 7:00 hubo algo mas solo adicional fruta y cereal.
