I really liked the staff and the room. You can tell the property is an older one. Parking was limited and somewhat pricey at $40 a night (San Franscisco parking was at max $25/day). Because the hotel cost to stay was extremely reasonable, there was an issue of rooms not available at 4 pm check in time. The manager was amazing though and really hustled to get our room ready by 5 pm.

We only stayed one night right before our flight back home. I ended up booking for the wrong night but Elly the General Manager was so helpful and got us a room I appreciated her friendliness at my mistake. The only issue I had was the $40.00 a night for parking but we could've parked for free on the street.

Good location- clean hotel

Little busy at check in and we got a different room than what we reserved - seemed like a computer issue. Staff was very friendly. Room was good and very clean. A bit noisy at night with train horn and people shouting outside through the night. Bed was very comfy.

We were given a poor quality room because we booked through a third party site. The staff was super nice but the room had issues, wasnt clean, had broken fixtures. The staff mentioned twice since we booked through 3rd party they couldnt do much.

The hotel is very closed to the train station, the area is clean and safe, the room itself was spacious and has a balcony, the bed was comfortable and clean, the only issue was that even though our room was on the 12 floor you could here lots of not only traffic noise but people walking on the street down below. I believe the hotel should look into investing in impact sliding glass doors and this problem will go away. We did know about this issue but I didn’t believe it was as bad as it is. Other then that I think it’s a good place for a short stay.

Not the best place

It was not horrible but not good it stunk like an old cigarette smell. The cloth chairs in our rooms had crumbs all over them when we walked in. Parts of the ceiling were pulling off. It was soooooo loud in our room
