Decent for the price

Overall stay was fine. The price was decent for the proximity to Disney so that made up for the "motel feel". Only downside was you here everything and everyone on the first floor so I didn't get the best of sleep.

Perfect for our family Disney visit

Our family had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while visiting the Disneyland parks. We especially enjoyed the pool, the full breakfast (including Mickey and Minnie shaped waffles), newly renovated finishes, and easy walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot to catch a shuttle to the parks, and even closer to the city bus stop. You can't beat the price for having such clean, functional accommodations for the entire family (with free parking and breakfast!) Employees were kind and helpful and even provided a complimentary toothbrush to replace one forgotten at home.

Amazingly spacious room for the price.

Amazing for the price. I prefer a hotel with a lounge, indoor pool, and free wights in the gym but for the price I paid in the Disney Resort area I am extremely satisfied. The room size is excellent. Teenage kiddos loved the bunk beds and proximity to shops and restaurants.

Some of the staff at the lobby were nice when others not much They need to work on all front staff be as nice as some. Ben, I think that is his name was super nice. The maid service was great My son had some stuff animals and they fixed them so cute on the bed The breakfast is basic , but includes coffee and protein that works for us

Overall a very good choice for our family.

The 2 Queen bed room was standard size. The bed comfortable, nice window shades during the day allow light in but obscure the view in from outside and black out for sleeping. No table for meals etc. The bathroom was large, clean and had all the necessities. The full breakfast was good but the dining area is small. Parking is free. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and we would stay here again.

Overall good stay. Close to Disneyland and walkable area. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Offered free breakfast in the morning. Only negative was the parking. It got really crowded and was difficult to park.

I didn’t realize that it was a pretty much a motel until I got there, but that’s my own fault I guess. The room was clean and remodeled. Not sure when though because the photos of California Adventure were old. The bed was very uncomfortable though and I had back pain for two days. There was also a gap in the door and I could see daylight. The included breakfast wasn’t too great. The coffee was terrible and the waffles tasted like rubber. There are better places to stay around the parks.

The property and room were mostly clean, though I did notice some mold starting to form on the bathroom ceiling. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. Check-in took a long time due to a large family ahead of us who were making multiple changes to their reservation, which held up the line. My biggest complaint is the parking situation, it was terrible. After a long day at the park, the last thing I wanted was to circle the lot and compete with other guests for a spot. There was a valet sign out front, but we never saw anyone actually parking cars. We left early and didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay.

The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, waffles even Mickey Mouse & Disney waffles. Bagels, bread for toast. Apple Juice & Grape Cranberry Apple Juice which was very good. Cold cereal, hot oatmeal. Tater tots are air fried & fall apart when you try to grab them with a fork. After the first breakfast I passed on those. I made egg & sausage biscuit sandwiches. Honestly, it's just to get some food in my kids & I stomach so we didn't have to eat in the park. Parking for us was good because there were plenty of spaces when we arrived at 2pm on a Monday afternoon. Found a space right in front of our room. However, I NEVER moved my car because at night the lot is over filled with cars. They have a guy who valet parks cars at a 2 star hotel! And get this, then tries to charge you if he has to valet park your car. Crazy! Spoke with another guest at breakfast who this happened to. So if I have a parking space, it's free but if I leave & come back & there are no open spaces, you charge my room? Now for the BAD! Black mold in the bathroom, rusted hinge on the bathroom door, hook to hang your towel? Barely hanging on! Delta shower head... Hard water stains, rusted & old. Floors are composite flooring which is fine. Bed frames are metal cage type. Did not find any bed bugs, spiders or cockroaches that other guests previously reported. Complained to Ramada Wyndham corporate. Was told I should hear from someone in a week. Received an apology letter email from Eric Lee on site manager.
