I am a frequent Westin patron. I stay 10 to 15 nights per years mainly at the whistler location snowboarding and mountain biking. The hotel is nice and clean but this location in Anaheim lives up to some of its poor review perfectly. Valet’s barely courteous, front desk staff customer service skills in need of serious training during my stay. When checking out she asked how my stay was and I explained the property was nice but the room cleaning staff isn’t up to normal standards. I had to clean the shower drain out first morning because the hair in the strainer was so bad from previous guest that we stood in 1 foot inch of water. The other issue, they never restocked toilet tissue in the bathroom. On the third night we had to call down and ask for it. They made the bed replaced the towels but that was it. The table in the room had water right it’s on the table that were easily wiped off the table from the previous guest. I don’t think they do any surface cleaning because the table wasn’t wiped off during our entire four day stay. The build quality of the room is top notch but the lack of quality house keeping will age this property prematurely if management doesn’t take action. I met at least two nice staff at the concierge deck and a nice person from the security staff but the rest of staff were lacked any concern about my polite statement regarding my experience. Why ask at check out if you don’t really care. She attempted to explain by offering an excuse

Location indicates that it is half mile from Disney Parks. It is behind Disney California so we had to walk around to the entrance. Disneyland was a farther walk but there may have been a better route than the one we took. It is still walkable but not as close as the location implies. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Pool and fitness facilities were well maintained. We enjoyed using both. There are not many restaurants close by compared to other properties near Disney but may not matter if you’re eating in the park anyway. Overall good stay!

HORRIBLE!!! LIARS!!! Unless your on the 8th floor “park view” means NOTHING!!! We left at 11pm with nowhere to go! It was our son’s graduation and they blew it! Did NOTHING TO FIX IT! Then charged us!
