This is my third or fourth time staying at this hotel. I’ve had no problems, everything has been fine. I would recommend it to anybody traveling to Anaheim California.

Overall good, my hotels.com price didn't match how much I was charged for the stay. But the motel is easy to check-in, serves it's purpose to be walking distance to Disneyland.

ROACHES

Found roaches behind the fridge and in bathroom. Front desk worker on 5/16/25 @ 12:00am only offered free parking to make it better and made me swear i wouldn’t talk to the manager if she gave free parking. The first time she told me my only option is to check out until i fought it. Only Maria, on 5/18/25 morning was able to make me feel better about the situation and gave me a discount on my first night

Price for parking per day keeps going up and they say You’re responsible for damage or theft on your vehicle no discounts for veterans like the main off said they do not do understanding front desk and charging more at check in then reservation lock in said out dated elevator certificate

It’s cheap and and average place to stay not too far from Disneyland. Beds were caved in so they are not the most comfortable but compared to $100 a night where every other hotel in the area are double the price, it’s an affordable option

The staff were very pleasant and sought to be a helpful as possible. That being said, they let us know on arrival that rooms are only cleaned every other day - that should have served as a warning about what lay ahead. We were quite disturbed to find a syringe wrapper in the sheets of our freshly made bed on day two, and notified the front desk immediately. They were apologetic but, let's be honest, that is horribly unacceptable. As well, the cleaning was subpar beyond that. There was dust and cobwebs along the base of our beds, which shows that cleaning was done to very minimal standards. The only redeeming features of this hotel are the friendliness of the staff and the proximity to Disney parks.
