Horrible customer service

One of the workers at the front desk had a terrible attitude. All I wanted to do was ask if they had a restroom at the lobby but he cut me off and told me you can't check in until 3. To top it off I had to hold it for 20 minutes because you need a key card to use the lobby restroom.

Very affordable for proximity to Disney. Property is in disrrpair- stairs are cracked and broken, shower and sink were broken, bathroom floor was not clean.

Value is good considering how close it is to Disneyland and how much other hotels cost. Great as a place you need to just sleep after a long day at Disneyland. I really love that I can get hot water for tea any time of day or night and the availability of the microwave. The mini Mart is also super helpful if you need snacks. Overall, clean and affordable.

Very nice rooms we stay here yearly. Only thing i can recommend is them investing in larger body towels. They are small and don’t even wrap around. Rooms are nice, big and clean.

Our room was large,clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well every night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job having our room cleaned each day. It was nice to come "home" to a clean room after a long day at Disney. It is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the park entrance. It is an older hotel without all the bells and whistles compared to the resort hotels but it was such an amazing deal through Expedia that we were fine with the simple layout that provided us all our needs. Clean, quiet, budget friendly.

The first room we got offered was 137 and when we walked in there was a bed bug fogger sitting on the floor. When I grabbed it and took it to the front and asked for another room. They look at me like they knew. So they gave me a new room. No issues in new room.
