Switching Rooms

The service was really good! The only issue that made me take off a star was our first room we were placed it was in a hallway in the corner of the building. The door was semi broken, but the room was nice. We went to Disneyland for the day and came back to bugs and mosquitoes in the room. We called the front desk and they found the same room all the way towards the main desk. When we switched it was not damaged or had bugs. Otherwise everyone was really nice and it was a close distance to Disney which made it better!

Average accommodation I believe I booked a room with a view but instead got told I was being upgraded. Our room was anything but an upgrade. Bed was so uncomfortable even after two days in the park couldn’t find a comfortable spot. Also the booking rate from Hotels.com was not what the hotel billed me. Positive note this hotel is directly across from the Disneyland Park.

We choose this hotel due to the proximity to Disneyland. Its a easy walk to the park and surrounding restaurants and stores. There were homeless in the area. Overall the hotel was nice. The bathroom is set up a little cramped and the water pressure could be better. We would probably stay there again
