Horrible Manager

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at the Manager was super rude and brushed me off.The young man who worked front desk when I checked in Monday evening was AMAZING! He told me to come back next day and speak with Manager I did and he was super rude. I showed him my reservations with pictures that advertised rooms and showed him this was not the room I received he yelled at me and said who makes reservations off a picture I said me. I would ha e never chosen this MOTEL if your room did not look like picture. He said oh well

If you don't have neighbors, it's fine.

Check in was great. room was fine. however, after midnight, our upstairs neighbors came back very loud and decided to start moving furniture at 1:00am. The walls are very thin and we heard them shower, flush and walk all night. We did not sleep well at all despite having very comfortable beds and pillows.

The room had a sofa bed which was pretty bad to be honest, I don't even know why is there, the matress in the sofa bed is so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep there. I think I would prefer if they have a regular twin bed instead of the sofa bed. Other than that everything was perfect.

Completely recommend

Man at the service desk was extremely nice, wish I remembered his name. Check in was quick, gave us a map of things to do near by, places to grab a bite to eat and other suggestions. Room was super spacious, clean and comfortable. Was right down the street from Disney parks and DT Disney District. Would definitely stay again.

Pros- price, easy walk to Downtown Disney entrance, spacious room, ad on early check in or late check out for reasonable fees. Cold AC. Cons- parking after 11 a.m. on day of check out is $25 extra (some hotels have parking til 3pm. No housekeeping if less than a 3 night stay (no coffee restock or trash pick up from the one tiny can). Thin older blankets. Friendly staff. Decent place. Great if you prefer small places with parking in front of your room.

I love how is walking distance to Downtown Disney, is our 4th time staying here. I just wish they made it more Disney friendly. N that the pool was open a lil later. Everything was soo clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The internet did not work at all. Front Desk stated we were to far from router. The beds were not comfortable. Staff was very friendly and it is in a great location.
