Loved staying for a quick Disney getaway with my partner. Everything was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the staff was so helpful with any questions we had. The dining was amazing as well and everyone was so friendly. All the other guests we encountered were also very friendly. Overall great atmosphere!!

A charge of $2.50 per bottle of water in the room for not being a Hilton Honors member, seems a little ridiculous. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. About a 1 mile, easy vwalk to Disneyland

Terrible new front desk person

Check in was not at all. I called at 12 pm that day to see if I can get an early check in. The front desk person said yes it wouldn't be an issue although I can't guarantee it. I said we are driving from LAX. Front desk person said there were plenty of rooms and checking in early was not a problem. I arrive at 2pm to the hotel and there were no rooms to check in early. I asked if I can upgrade the room to get in early. Response was no. I asked to speak to a manger who then offered me a room for an upgrade. Terrible customer service.I will never tsay there agian.
