Staff was great, breakfast was great, the room layout and cleanliness was great. My complaint is that the pillows were so soft or old that they felt like no pillow at all. We had trouble sleeping because of them. Beds were not particularly nice either. They brought us other pillows when we asked, but they were mostly the same. Again, it wasn’t bad at all. It was a solid hotel. I’m bringing my own pillow next time though

Room was clean. Our stay went well and also their breakfast buffet was really great! Employees are very friendly and make sure that our stay will be great! However, I just give 4 stars due to the room selection. We are placed next to the elevator. Which is we can hear people walking outside our hotel room and noises outside.

It was fine and close to the parks but i didn't like that parking was only good up til noon the day of check out. I had to pay an entire extra day of parking since i was spending the day at the park.

Beautiful room delicious breakfast and quick efficient service. I stayed here with my wife and three kids in the room that had the bunk beds and it is a perfect size for all of us and the bunk beds were much bigger than I thought. They felt very safe for my kids to sleep on, sturdy and no wobbly it was a very good stay.

Super clean rooms that were made up and cleaned every day. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast choices-super cute lobby at Christmas time as well. I would for sure stay here again.

Nothing really wrong it is just I that have had better experiences staying in adjacent hotels. . Due to the design of the hotel most rooms have views of car parks or light wells, however the view from the breakfast room and its terrace are good. I chose this hotel for its food court, but it was a dis.apointment and not what I expected.
