Property is fine. Very old and dated but clean. The check-in clerk was not knowledgeable about her job or the hotel or her duties. The clerk forgot to give us our parking pass so we had to take an extra trip to the lobby to get our parking pass. When we left the parking pass didn’t work. I understand being new with the job, but this girl had no idea what she was doing.

I liked the fact that the Clarion was within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center. My room had a view of the pool. Like most hotels, the tub / shower had an issue with draining. Otherwise, a good value for the money.

Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) was a super quick walk and also about a 20min walk to Disneyland. The lobby was comfortable. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Parking is $28/night compared to nearby hotels charging $35-$40. Rooms were dated however clean and comfortable. Bathtub drains well when taking a shower. I dislike hotel rooms where you shower and your feet are in ankle deep water cuz of poor drainage. When you take into account the low room rates plus the daily parking fee it’s a great hotel to stay at. Not crowded or long elevator waits like when we stayed at the Hilton by ACC. My only complaint is the inability to checkin via the app like many hotels do with the current technology. Will definitely stay here again when we need to be at the ACC. Thank you!
