The two women I met working at the front desk/reception were so kind and very helpful regarding my questions (about checkin, the pool, etc) and gave me a room that faced the pool and Disney fireworks. The staff were amazing and the hotel was comfortable. Random but I liked the window in my bathroom. That was really nice to open up and hear the birds in the morning. Most hotels don't have that.

Close to Disney

Room was nice and had a nice view of the fireworks at disney. Palm trees do cover some of the display, but still nice either way. I choose this place because it was a close driving distance to disney and I didn't feel like dropping almost a grand for 1 night. (Holiday weekend.) Location was amazing. Nice convenience store with friendly staff and delicious restaurants within a short walking distance. If you're into Vietnamese, Italian, Indian and/or American (Dennys) then this is the place for you! Staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. Definitely will come back again

The location of this property is why I chose it. It is next to A convenience store. And some restaurants. And it is walkable to the Disney land resort. And to harbor Blvd. where there are more dining options.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly option for Disney, skip this place. Carpet is so dirty, ur kids feet will be black after walking on it. They also don’t offer “free” breakfast. REGARDLESS of ur party size they have a deal with the Dennys across the street to give you only 2 breakfast vouchers per day instead of a continental breakfast. No to-gos. Dine in only and you basically have to pay out of pocket for the kids. Rooms also get very musty and hot very fast. The chairs also have a strong musty smell. Any clothes you leave on them for an extended period of time will smell afterwards. Housekeeping was great though and after a long day of Disney the room was always done up.

The stay was prefect! Quick checkin. We came for a quick Disneyland trip and it was perfect for us because it’s a quick 15-20 min walk to downtown Disney. We didn’t get to use the pool but looked really refreshing. The hotels connected next to the dennys parking lot so that was a plus if you needed a quick snack. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the morning breakfast coupons at Dennys because we wanted to go to the park at opening so the timeframes didn’t work for us as it’s only for dine in service. But we did enjoy the hotels grab and go bag and that includes: a granola bar, a danish and an apple. Nothing crazy but if you needed something to hold you over it’s not bad. We would definitely come back for another Disneyland trip.

Stayed here for 6 nights on a Disney trip. It was clean, quiet, and the free vouchers for the Denny’s breakfast were a great plus. Overall, a great pick if you want somewhere in walking distance of the parks while not emptying your pockets.

We will be back! Super soft sheets and comfy pillows, love the citrus scent of shampoos. Nice touch to have the convenient go bags of fruit, water and granola bar for a Disneyland snack PLUS the voucher for Dennys breakfast. Liked the idea of a table and 2 chairs vs desk/chair combo. Pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. Great pricepoint and value! Every staff we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Best Western has become my go-to.

Good for quick trip.

Comfortable. Stayed for quick 2 nights on the hottest days of the year so far so glad the a/c worked great. Denny's vouchers instead of Continental breakfast was very convenient. My only problem is non of the outlets worked. They were too lose to hold any plugs.

Love this Hotel!

We have stayed here twice. Its near Disneyland. The rooms are always clean we have nothing to complain. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly.
