This place has two things: it's affordable and the shuttle gets you in and out of the park. The rest is mediocre. Staff wasn't very warm or welcoming at check-in. Our room was really dated and really worn. My wife thought it was OK and I thought it was kind of gross. The day we wanted our room serviced, no one came. The gardens and landscaping are nice and the pool was fine, but you're unlikely coming for those amenities. You're also kind of stuck with not much nearby, which leaves you buying from the overpriced shop downstairs or walking to the gas station across the street or Starbucks that's about 15 mins walk away. We took the shuttle--which does fill up--around 7 in the park each morning for rope drop. The check-in guide doesn't say this, but the drivers came multiple times as opposed to just coming on the top and bottom of the hour. We left each evening between 8 and 9 and never waited more than a few minutes. The drivers were super friendly, which was the one bright spot. Definitely will try and avoid returning to this hotel.

The property is super cute, loved the decorations! We found an onion ring under our coffee table from who knows how long ago. My friend had a bunch of bugs come out of the shower drain in her room. The elevator near our room was down until the very last night we were there. There was a super convenient but ugly staircase really nearby, but the front staff didn’t tell us about it. Instead, they acted like we were dumb for not finding the room when the number wasn’t listed on any of their signs except for the signs pointing into a closed construction area. Then told us we had to walk like 3/4 mile down several long hallways and around several turns to find it. Instead, they could have just taken us back to the lobby and shown us the staircase that was literally 30 seconds from our room door. Luckily, I went exploring on my own after we finally found the room and discovered the staircase myself. Other than that, the staff was very lovely and helpful. Loved the free transport to and from Disneyland as well. And the Hanagi restaurant was fantastic! The bar was really fun, and the deli was very convenient.

The grounds are really well kept. It’s very beautiful. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was decorated for the holiday (Halloween during our stay). It is pet friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that most of the outlets in my room did not charge, but it was a minor inconvenience. We were very happy with our stay and I would stay here again next time I’m in the area.

The charge for parking and internet services was ridiculous, plus half the plugs in the room didn’t work, and it took over 5 minutes for the shower water to get hot. The design in the room felt more like the 1990’s than 2025.

Very cute hotel ! Great food it’s perfect place for families or couples wish the restaurant was open later on the weekends . The decor was so cute and everyone was very friendly! ALSO the shuttle To Disney is always on time!

Halloween theme was great. The room was very large, but very dated and needed upgrades. The bathroom is very tiny. The bed was not that comfortable very hard and firm old mattresses not a pillow top ‘ the shuttle to the park is very old school bus painted purple and red with no AC with no communication from the driver at all. Breakfast buffet $21.95 per adult was OK but not exceptional basically a continental breakfast. The movie night had a special that included popcorn but the popcorn machine was broken so no popcorn ! disappointment. Parking was not included on the web site until after I booked.
