Majestic Gardens Anaheim

When we arrived the room seemed fairly clean, but there was a wet spot on the carpet (not sure from what), the remote for the TV only worked sometimes (you had to be in a certain spot), and the phone by the bed didn’t work. I tried plugging it into the wall jack but it would just fall back out. The royal ducklings were adorable and I loved that they went out of their way to make sure they were taken care of. The shuttle was the best part of the whole stay. It was wonderful to be able to hop on after a long day at Disney.

The shuttle to Disneyland is helpful! It runs quite often and fits a lot of guests at one time. The bar/restaurant serves good food and drinks. My only complaint is that we were given a room in the “other” tower which was clearly older and a little run down. I’ve stayed here before in the main tower, and those rooms are very nice.

We were not prepared to be told upon arrival that we would have to pay a parking fee plus tax per day for our entire length of our stay. The parking fee came out to over $100 plus $200 deposit for our stay and we noticed many other people complaining about the same issue. The showers take several minutes to turn warm and do not stay warm if someone else is using it also in other rooms nearby. When we went to swim there were ducks swimming in the pools. We also were not prepared for the disneyland fireworks to be as loud as it was every night. This hotel was not what we expected it to be.
