warning!

These units should never be rented to people outside the airport. The hotel is inside the international terminal with its check-in and security checks, and is intended and convenient only for arriving international travelers. Hardly anyone outside the international terminal knows about it.

The booking site had no clear information of the location at the airport and it was hard to find. The checkin/out time was unclear as well so I was surprised at 6pm check-in and 7am checkout. I loved the convenience of it being at the airport however, there was a very loud noise every time the water was used kind of Irritating, but I was exhausted so no problem sleeping.

I wouldn’t know. I couldn’t find it I was told it was outside the airport but no one in the airport could tell me how to get there. As a 70 year old woman traveling alone I chose not to go wandering at 11pm.

Very overpriced for a night in a pod. It should be made very clear that this facility is on airside! I went all through the airport to get out through customs - just to realise that I had to go back through security again to get to the “hotel”. Definately not a type of hotel I will ever use again.

The location of the hotel was convenient but the price-value ratio was not there. Paying almost the same price than a more comfortable/spacious room for just a few hours is not worthy.

Poor Room Climate

The temperature in the room was off. I could not moderate it and when I called ‘Mission Control’ I was told that it was managed from there. The room was 23 degrees and I requested 21 degrees for my Unit 12. It was hot through the night and I could hardly sleep. It was 24 degrees in the morning - I was very relieved to leave the property alive even if unrested. Big mistake to go there.
