Lovely property

Airport shuttle. Lovely property and the food is amazing. A wellness spa with pool, sauna and steam room as well as a fitness room. Near the airport so not close to center of town, but a fabulous hotel.

Modern & Clean Hotel with Airport Shuttle Service

The size of the room was a pleasant surprise. Adding a fridge would be a nice upgrade. The friendliness of the agent upon check-in could improve. We got there very early and didn’t have high expectations of getting a room. All we were looking for was what is the process if a room becomes available. The agent said put your bags in the locker and perhaps go into town and he could guarantee a room at 2pm. He didn’t want to guide us on the process, he just seemed annoyed we would even inquire. The workout room was very nice and the outdoor area as beautiful and made it feel like we were out in the country. The bus to and from the airport was convenient and very prompt. It was an excellent stay and we will return! At the time of reservation, we were assigned VIP benefits. But, these were not offered at time of check in. We did get early check in eventually - as we asked a 2nd time.

A true hidden gem. It's tucked away yet so convenient to get to everything. The free hotel shuttle takes you to and from the Central Station. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are all pleasant. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! I definitely recommend staying there ehen visiting Amsterdam.
