Our flight was cancelled and we had a lovely last minute stay here! Simon was super helpful and made our check-in very smooth, and the hotel is clean, in a super cute area, and overall very lovely. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

A quick walk from Centraal Station, this hotel is an awesome place. Our room was spacious, with lovely views of the Amsterdam centrum rooftops, with great shopping nearby, great restaurants and tourist sites,but off the super busy main streets. It was so quiet! You wouldn’t know there was anyone else in the building, though it was full. And the noise from the street was non existent. Great staff, so helpful with arrangements for early checkin and late checkout. Wonderful stay! And a good breakfast selection.

Staff was super friendly. Is close to supermarkets, pharmacy and the two next door restaurants are gems. Although the rooms are a little small it was super clean and enough y space to have a great time. The balcony allowed us to see the fireworks also. Definitely recommended.

Very helpful staff. Great location, easy to walk to all tourist areas. Great wifi. Has a lift which is great with bags and at the end of the day when you are tired. They loaned us a power adapter for the 4 nights so we could charge our phones etc whilst staying there. We will definitely stay there again.

The Bank Hotel

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right in the center so we could easily walk everywhere. Our room was super clean and really comfortable, with plenty of space for four adult cousins and a nice big bathroom. The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming, and we especially loved being greeted by the hotel’s sweet resident cat. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Staff was nice and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Excellent location for walking to/from the train station with our luggage. Also easy to walk from the hotel to the main attractions in Amsterdam. Lots of good food options and shopping near by. Our room had A/C and 4 comfortable twin beds for our family and the bathroom was a good size.

The location and Hotel were great. I was surprised with how dirty the streets were. It is also a very busy bike traffic area so walking to/from the hotel was challenging at times.

Very unique in its decorating in the room that we were in. The view was spectacular from our room. Definitely what we had in our thoughts of a Dutch building. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They knew where we could find the certain requests we had. We really liked our stay there.

A room with a great view! You have to walk up to the top floor, but when you get there, you are treated to lots of space, a fantastic view and a comfortable bed! The staff were wonderful and helpful. It could have more hooks for towels in the bathroom and some USB plug ins but the location, space and view more than make up for this.
