Hotel is great, but the main purpose of staying here was the airport shuttle. Shuttle was a minivan, while all other hotel shuttles passing by were regular size bus. Morning of flight I was lucky to get in to shuttle but they turned down at least five others behind me saying it was full (which it was, 3 people rode it standing) and wait half an hour for the next one. Beats the purpose of staying here for an early flight.

Never again. Bus service doesnt work on time . Tiny mini bus for coach loads of guests. Spend 2 hours waiting if you want or as many did pay 40e taxi. Its a long distance from anything so you are trapped in the hotel. Enjoy the 10e pints and 15e starters. Staff dont care, dont answer the phones. Rip off.

We had to change room, be cause of some issues with the first room. The next room we discovered issues witch we discovered in the evening and next morning. It was not pleasant. We mentioned, all the issues, when we checked out. I believe the next time our room will be as they promised.

Phone rang for a very long time before it was answered. Was told to wait for A9 shuttle to hotel. Waited and waited and waited. Finally called again. Another log wait for answer. Was told shuttle runs were 15 so we missed 2-3. said we saw no A9 and were finally described that the shuttle was marked “Marcus” with a sign in the window. Still. Very hard to find it but finally did. Help in the restaurant was very poor as well. Extremely slow to even ask what we wanted then took over half hour to get. Very poor tv offerings. Room was clean however.
