Very nice modern hotel in a great location. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Main issue was that the lifts kept breaking - there was only one out of three working for most of the five nights that we were there and as we were on the 11th floor we spent a long time waiting for lift

Family room is very spacious for the 3 of us. Hotel is about a 12 to 15 minute walk to Central Station. Very limited dining options within 15 minutes walk. Super slow elevators and 2 of the 3 elevators were out of commission for a whole day. No air conditioning or fan available in late April.

The location is good just 15 minutes from centraal station. The staff is polite but not very helpful. The hotels air condition didn’t work that well. It stopped at 22 degrees in Celsius, won’t go down any further. The scanner on the door of the room was cracked. The table in the room has a large and long scratch on it.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I stayed with a friend in a twin room - it was huge with 2 queen size beds. Spotlessly clean. Only a short walk to central station. Very safe area with lovely views. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Clean with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Reasonable walk from Central Station Reception staff are great, although could do with more at peak times. The only reason not 5 stars were a couple of incidents. On the second day, we had put the no housekeeping sign on the door. However someone still came into the room. They made the beds, took the used towels (which were hanging up) and did not replace them and put clean glasses in the fridge leaving the fridge door not quite closed- we had oat milk in there! They also left the master key in the room, which I promptly took to reception- and got an apology. I wonder if it was a new staff member? On our last day one of the lifts was out of order so we tried to walk down the stairs leading to getting lost as the stairs change location on the second floor. Signs would be useful! Regardless would definitely stay again.
