The location was perfect for our visit to Amsterdam. Our room was court side with a lovely view of the covered courtyard. The free breakfast was very nice with a buffet and a la carte options.The restaurant/bar was very nice and provided a nice meal for our first night in town. The hotel staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Room wasn’t as advertised. Bed frame was scuffed and beaten up pretty badly, same for the small table in the room. Picture of the room showed a large bath tub, we got a stand up shower. The room wasn’t cleaned once in 3 days, though to be fair, the cleaning lady did come by one day and ask if we wanted the room to be cleaned that day, but we were still sleeping because it was not even 0900. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay again or even recommend it. There’s much better places for cheaper.

Loved the ambience and overall cleanliness of the property. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Location is excellent, 5 mins from the dam square. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-organized, and a great start to the day. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
