Hotel is on the outskirts of Amsterdam so be prepared to travel into the center. Public transportation is a 5 minute walk and the service is frequent. Some of the desk staff could do with being a bit more cheerful.

We have just returned from a 5 day break at the Leonardo Rembrandt Hotel. We had a panoramic room with kingsize bed and could not fault it. Plenty big enough, clean and luxurious. Breakfast buffet (which I wasnt going to book, but had my arm twisted) was incredible. So much choice, cooked options, pancakes, cereal, fruits, cold meat, just brilliant and would highly recommend. Only downside is that there is a lot of work going on outside the hotel so the convienient tram stop outside wasnt in action for the duration of our stay, which was abit of a downside so had to walk a far distance to get to the next one. Other than that, I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for an amazing stay!

A beautiful hotel with a great location on Rembrandt Park. A bit of a walk to transit - 10-15 minutes - and somewhat challenging to find good restaurant options in the area. Easy to use trams to get downtown to main tourist attractions. Lovely rooftop restaurant.

The property and building for the most part are good. Staff are friendly but not the most helpful problem solving. We had purchased a luxury package for our stay as an add on, but when we arrived there was nothing there. I inquired at the desk and they said they never got that request. I showed them the confirmation (received from an Expedia communication) and they got it aet up, arranging it for the next day. When we got back the next day there was still nothing there. What ensued was a constant back and forth with staff of the desk, the manager, the wait staff, and the chef that usually ended up with the circumstance of the situation blamed on us. Id love to add more but theres a character limit on reviews. Overall the hotel was fine but dint expect above and beyond service. We went for our honeymoon and the headache of trying to negotiate this luxury experience was more headache than it was worth.

It was a nice stay. Clean room, great breakfast. They never did clean our room. I asked twice, and never happened. I had to go downstairs to the lobby for everything we needed like towels and toilet paper.

Staff was so nice and accommodating. The front desk offered snacks, plug converters, & umbrella rentals. The room was so nice and the views of the city & Rembrandt park were beautiful. We loved that they also had 2 restaurants on site & room service. The breakfast was so good! And the view from Floor 17 was stunning!

Staff are nice enough just not very efficient in general. Upon arrival we were waiting a while whilst one of the reception staff checked us in but was showing a new worker how to do the process which took longer and not ideal when you just want to get to your room after a flight. The room itself was basic but clean. The aircon stopped working and was being fixed on our last day so our room was boiling throughout the day. Quite a bit out from central Amsterdam with trams around a 10-15 minute walk. We checked in early for an additional €30. Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request this. Rooftop bar is nice but expensive but so is Amsterdam in general. If you want water and don’t have a bottle you have to buy water bottles from reception and once you do this you can fill the bottle up for free from a water dispenser in the hotel. Would benefit from fridges in the rooms
