Overall, it was great. The AC does not get cold enough but we found that to be the case in most Hotels in Europe! In room coffee was great, on site restaurant and bar was great and it's centrally located.

Very nice Hotel in the heart of old Amsterdam. I enjoyed my stay and found the location perfect to take a quick walk to the grocery store down the road. I could pick up a freshly baked croissant for a euro at Albert Heijn. They also had a coffee shop just as you entered. The police would be lined up at 7:00am to get their coffee.

Modern, trendy rooms that are very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are very professional and willing to go above and beyond to aid their guests. I loved staying here. The location is also excellent, with tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant and bar is also very chic, with a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely hotel. The room was tiny but perhaps that’s normal for this area. Bathroom didn’t have a fan so room steamed up. No door or curtain for the shower so water tended to get all over the floor and we had to use the towels to clean it up. Phone didn’t work one day; no dial tone. Mini fridge didn’t work but had power light lit up. Room service very limited options but food was tasty and arrived quickly.

Terrific hotel. Located in a safe, clean part of town. Right next to tram stop to help get around. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Interesting design inside rooms. I enjoyed my stay at the INK hotel.
