They take overbookings and when you arrive at the property they’d say we are fully booked. Very evil and unethical behavior. Preying on travelings that Are already exhausted from travels. I’ve spoken to staff and they all confirmed most of the week was -10 in terms of rooms. I’ve seen families with kids and travelers that already lost their luggage get turned away while they have a PAID and confirmed reservations for months. Like I did. Stir away and pay a bit more and buy your peace of mind knowing you’re covered.

Amazing location,close to train station. Few minutes to air port and amstardam central . Friendly staff and good breakfast.The only thing that AC is very week and no fan to increase the air flowbbut they gave us potable fan.

Room cleaning was not done properly only beds were made and the trash was take out. The shower drain took a lots of time to drain the water. Otherwise the hotel is amazing, comfortable and neat. It is also very close to the station and that make it easy for travel every day

The hotel is right beside the train, tram and bus stops, so convenient and didn't take long to get into the centre. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower with shampoo and nice bodywash. Tea and coffee in room. Buffet breakfast had a good choice and was very well organised. Staff were all brilliant and very attentive. I would not hesitate in recommending and would definitely stay here again.

The location is good, right next to Sloterdijk train station. The service from the front desk was a let down. They were cold and on multiple occasions when I politely said thank you during check in or check out, there was absolutely no acknowledgement in return, not even a smile.

This is an excellent facility for the Sloterdijk area. Very easy approach from the airport and the Central train station. The breakfast is always sumptuous and a good variety. More and better staff attention will be appreciated for isolated Incidents, like our sink clog. Even after we reported twice, no fix was arranged upto the time of our check out.

I found the hotel in good order, my room was very clean and comfortable. The bath room had an excellent shower! The dining area was very clean and the team were around cleaning all the time. The location is super convenient! A bit far from the city center but you have all public transportation options literally outside the hotel, so just plan ahead time-wise. All of the staff was really attentive, we arrived a bit early and were kindly assigned a room right away. Breakfast doesn’t have many options, but it’s tasty and a good way to start your day. Taking a star off just because the rugs are a bit dirty, and mainly because our shower had a constant leak and when using it the water would randomly go from super hot to super cold so it was quite uncomfortable to shower.
