Loved this hotel and a great location

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at in Amsterdam. From the high quality staff to the large room that over looks the canal. It was a wonderful experience. Be sure to get the breakfast at the hotel from time to time. It’s also in a great area with lots to do and very walkable! I can’t wait to stay there again

The staff was very helpofull on giving us advice on where to go directions. Bruno gave us restaurant options that were the best restaurants we ate at all trip. The room Junior Suite had a great view on the canals. The hotel was centrally located and made for easy travel to see the various sights

Excellent experience, easy to walk around Amsterdam, trams, trains and buses can easily get you to where you want to go. I personally wanted to go where you need to go. I wanted to go on a tour of Ajax FC, Van Gogh's art and also have some of the local culinary cuisine and just see the canals and use the boat tours.

Very spacious

Had a wonderful stay here. The room has so many sweet touches like chocolates and water when you arrive. Room was ver spacious for a European room and the location. We did two twins and never felt cramped. The beds are very soft, which we prefer. Sheets were a little scratchy. If you are someone sensitive to sounds, it can be loud with the tram and overall city life. It didn’t bother us. Overall loved the location and the room. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the hotel twice in June 2025, for five nights each time. We loved the hotel, but we especially appreciated the kind and attentive staff. A special shout out to Bruno who was very helpful, and accommodating during our stay. We will definitely be back to Amsterdam, and this is where we will be staying.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The included breakfast and always available coffee were great. Only things missing were a bar and air conditioning in the public areas. Fortunately they did have it in the room. Overall a great hotel. It just happened we arrived during a very hot spell and the ac was missed. I would definitely recommend though.
