Comfotable stay

Good size one person bedroom. Very clean. Eco friendly soaps. Wired connections for different countries.room has also a fridge and a locker. The surrounding is a very quiet place. Not far from Schiphol. The receptionist was very helpfull.

Room smelt like chemicals/mold and carpets were dirty. Left me with a horrible migraine because of the smells. The road in front of the hotel was also closed too which made uber and cab pick ups and drop offs very inconvenient. Also not really a convenient location to the airport. 3ish miles but took 18+ minutes to get there.

The hotel offers ONE room card per room. My husband is a smoker so we asked for an additional card....this was not available and extremely inconvienent as the room key is required to use the lights etc. No service at the bar! We left and went across the street....had drinks and dinner. My sister's room smelt like mould. They changed her room to a kind size bed to resolve this however the nexr morning the Assistant manager was rude anÿ. Based on my experince i would not stay at this hotel again

The hotel was decent for the price – clean and fairly comfortable. However, the biggest downside was the lack of public transport connection, which made getting around without a car quite difficult.

A lot of mosquitoes and the net on the window was broken so they kept on coming in. Plus the duvet was too thick which meant I was way to warm to sleep under the covers (which I wanted to do because of the mosquitoes)

We lost $200 as I didn’t do my research. We arrived and the man checking us in was friendly and professional. But then we got to our room and I almost vomited from the smell. It was a mix of heavy BO with an other unknown terrible smell. But the real decider came when my daughter looked up reviews and determined that recently the reviews showed guests seeing as well as being hit by bed bugs. We couldn’t leave fast enough. I advised the receptionist we’re checking out. He just said: ok. I’m sure he knew the reason why based on the other reviews.

We stayed for a Long weekend Thursday to Monday and the Hotel was fantastic. Easy reach to Amsterdam Centre via the public transport links getting you into Amsterdam in 20 mins. Easy and convenient for the Airport. Can recommend for couples who want a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and Bussell of the city but staying within easy reach of the City. Rooms warm, Clean and Very Quiet to say its next to Shiphol Airport. CAn Recommend.
