I would not recommend staying here. The staff where super helpful. The rooms were not good. Mattress was stained. They had pushed two single beds together and tried to say it was was king sized. It was a hard place to navigate, basically middle of nowhere.

Everything is OK, but not nice. Room had not been made up, so we had to get another one and the bathrooms are very small. Parking didn’t work, but at least the bed was comfortable.

I left my Apple Watch plugged in the room when I checked out and the staff could not have been more unhelpful to help me retrieve it. The Find My application showed it there at the hotel for three days after I left .So clearly it was there long after I left, so it would seem that someone in the staff took it. Most disappointing is their annoyance that I would call for updates.

There was no protection from the sounds outside and the hotel is very close to a busy highway. The sounds of loud cars and motorcycles kept me up at night and the sounds of children screaming at the playground next door woke me up early in the morning.

Check in was quick. Staff were kind. Rooms were clean. It's just a little far from everything else, so will need to take transit into the city centre. The nearest tram was about 8-10 minutes walk, which isn't too bad. Would be nice if they had a first aid supplies. Maybe they do. I asked for a band aid which they said they didn't have. Had to walk nearly 20 minutes in the dark for a grocery store to buy some.

It’s not worst, but not worth staying, either

The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to access both to Amsterdam city center and Schiphol Airport. BUT THIS HOTEL SURELY HAS ISSUES! 1) The front desk staff that checked me in told a lie that breakfast was included, even after he double checked it on the screen, and I had to pay €18.25 just for a small cup of fruit with yogurt. 2) The air duct in my room kept on making terrible noise all through the night, and I thought cheap hotel somewhere in downtown would be even quieter. 3) One day out of my four night stay, they didn’t do cleaning and bed making at all, even I was out of the room from 11am to 10pm. 4) The shower head is broken, and its cover (where water comes out) falls, which drove me crazy. 5) No matter I claim, night shift staffs told me to talk to their manager who is only at work during the day.
