Very walkable. Great view of the canals and train station. Very busy area convenient to everything. Only thing we didn't like was the room lighting. The was no separate light for the bathroom.

Location was perfect for me, as was the theme and look of the hotel. Location and look won’t appeal to everyone in the same way but one thing I think will appeal to all was the friendliness of the staff. Personally it felt wonderful, like a home away from home, whenever they were there to greet me or see me on my way.

The building is old, but the inside of the hotel is very modern. The staffs are professional and friendly. Hotel is in a convenient location in which every attraction is within walking distance. The central train is only four minutes walk away.

Excellent location and hotel. Friendly staff, plenty of choices for breakfast. Only issue is towels, bathrobes, cutleries need upgrading. Room was tidied not cleaned. Stay away from the cushions. They are beautiful and I used them as a head rest and held them whilst watching TV. I got a rash from them. Service a bit slow at bar even when not busy, although friendly staff. Apart from these, it is a nice hotel. I would recommend for location, the restaurant and bar, the arts. We were given a glass of prosecco on arrival which was a good first impression.

Location is prime, contemporary rooms and spiting distance from Central Station. But as business traveller, you would expect rooms to have USB or USBC ports in the room to charge devices, this is a standard in most modern hotels which I found to be difficult and likely will not return to stay at the property until refurbished.

We stayed 5 nights. Our two twin beds room is big and has 2 chairs, AC is good, hot water came out really fast, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our mini bar door couldn't open for some reasons, the hotel compensated us with a free breakfast next morning. The breakfast was super, we went back two days after (25 euro per person). I felled off a rented bike and asked for ice to ice my injured area, the front desk staff would ask me about it whenever they saw me and provided ice to me, thank you Bruna and Gabriella.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and had ample storage / counter space. Bed was comfortable. The location across from the train station was superb and we were able to walk to everything.

Met every expectation! Very clean and well appointed. The bedding, and bathroom towels, etc. were all first class. Staff were amazingly very helpful and genuine. The breakfast buffet was well worth it weather a very good variety of hot and cold foods. Specialty coffees included. I would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel, they do not follow any requests. It took six times to get them to change out pillows to foam. Housekeeping was not completed until almost 7pm the first day and was a major inconvenience as I had work to do while in the room and didn’t want to miss service. Make sure to tell staff exactly what you need and be prepared to follow up several times.
