Great hotel

I stayed here for five nights while enjoying Amsterdam. It was really nice, clean, good wifi and right near the station. One stop into Central and closer to the airport! My room was lovely with a smart tv, a kitchen and a comfy bed. The staff were also nice. I will stay here again next time in Amsterdam! They have a gym and sauna I didn't use though.

Clean, quiet, excellent facilities, near to town.

Really enjoyed our stay there, clean and spacious for 4 of us. Excellent facilities including sauna and laundry room all free and easy to book. 2mins walk to station and 5 mins ride to Amsterdam Centraal station. Will recommend to all.

Rooms were fine and very convenient for transportation. I was happy to have laundry machines available. The front desk staff were nice. The breakfast room was very average. The types of foods were okay but the staff mainly ignored the customers unless they were young professionals there for meetings. I had to ask 2 days in a row if they could plug the toaster in (it wasn't accessible for me to do so). The food ran out quickly and they were generally not in a hurry to replenish. Not sure we would stay there again, more due to the lack of dining in that area.

Very close to the central train station, just walking distance, plus, there’s a convenience store nearby. Almost 5 star perfect review but the smoke detector alarm system went off at 1:30am, disturbing our sleep. They need to check maintenance for that but above all it was a good stay.

This was a very clean and spacious apartment super close to Sloterdijk station which puts everything right at your fingertips. Made transfer from Schiphol super easy and for reaching Centraal station. Good pizza and drinks at the restaurant. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Amsterdam. Also the Spar grocery is very close and convenient. Lovely staff!

Easy transfer to centraal

Excellent stay, staff were really friendly. Whole building was very clean and felt secure with door passes required through out. Can see the train station from the hotel so transfer to city centre was easy. This was a big apartment for the area and we felt that we had lots of space.

It was a good stay; however i’m a bit disappointed for 2 reasons: 1. I requested for late check-out and was willing to pay the extra fee a few months in advance, and they’re ok with it and told me I can just inform them again during check-in. But then when i checked in, they said late check-out is not possible because there’s already other reservation. I understand this but they should have informed me in advance because I’ve raised the request way way in advance. 2. In the end, we’re allowed to stay & check-out by 12pm (instead of normal 11am). However by 11am, they’ve turned off hot water, so I couldn’t shower in the room. Luckily, they still allow me to shower in their sauna room. Good gesture but why must turn off hot water at first place??
