Beautiful hotel, clean, sharp with good parking. Breakfast was great and the morning staff attending was a plus for sure. We will stay here again.

The 8+ rating on Expedia must have been based on stays loooooong ago. The property itself was clearly uncared-for, operating on a shoestring budget. We arrived around 9pm after a long day traveling (like most arrivals to a budget motel I’m sure). Along with another family, we were “greeted” by an empty front desk. We waited for about 20 minutes for the clerk to return to the desk so we could check in and finally just get to our room. Clearly, staffing levels are an issue here. The young lady at the front desk, at night, was the only employee in the building. She was called away to handle maintenance issues. Not her fault—this is poor management. One human cannot properly provide good customer service to an entire hotel. Despite this, she was friendly and efficient in getting us our room key. The elevator was not functional, so we took the stairs. The room itself was indeed budget, as expected. The first thing we noticed was the room was a rainforest. Despite the a/c running all night, the room was weirdly damp and musty. Gross and uncomfortable. Blood stains on the comforter topped off a not so great stay. Truly cannot understand the ratings I saw for this hotel—no more than a 4/10. On a good day.
