Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff from check in to check out. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was mostly convenient - though did get a little tricky on the weekend.

Clean property and nice pool

We appreciated having access to the amenities of the hotel with a more reasonable cost for us.

The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue with our room. I called and they moved us to a nicer room. The next day, the front desk sent me a fruit and cheese plate. The indoor patio restaurant and the indoor roof top pool were hits with our family. We will definitely use the Omni next time we are in Richmond and will look for this chain in our travels.

Nice property. I would definitely stay at again. Roomy accommodations. Felt safe on the property. Even if you did not book through a promotion requiring you to sit through a sales presentation, they still ask to see if your are interested. I had to tell the salesperson “no” multiple times; which was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. However, we found several area needingvattention. It was inconvenient to ask for buckets of ice to keep our indoor food and drink cold. I appreciate the Wedmore in keeping with the historic theme but a small fridge and coffee maker hidden somewhere in the room would have been nice. The property, although clean, could use a maintenance staff. The shower head fell off on the first day. Sprinkler heads not trimmed and peaking out of ceiling drywall. Not a deal breaker but a few suggestions.
