I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent stay at your property due to extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions that caused my family and me to leave just a few hours after checking in. We had reserved a total of three rooms, and unfortunately, all three were unacceptable—either from a cleanliness standpoint or because of serious safety concerns.
To begin, one of the rooms had a large, gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. When we brought this to the attention of your staff, we were told that this room had been reserved for maintenance purposes and should not have been assigned to a guest. While your manager did quickly provide a replacement room, this initial error reflects poor management of room inventory and maintenance scheduling.
The second room was far more disturbing. Upon checking the bedding, we discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets. This is not only unsanitary and unhygienic, but completely unacceptable for any guest experience. The third room also had noticeably dirty bedding, with visible stains and grime on the covers, making it clear that a proper cleaning had not been conducted prior to our arrival.
However, the most distressing part of our experience was not the condition of the rooms, but the dangerous environment created by other guests. A group of rowdy men were gathered just outside our rooms, loudly drinking and playing music. Feeling concerned, we spoke with the manager, AJ, and the owner around 6:00 p.m. The
