Awful experience. The shower had no pressure, got charged 3 times for 2 rooms, that’s after I had to wait and talk for 30 minutes regarding one room that they didn’t show as being booked.

The pool wasn’t working properly and stunk bad. We had neighbors (4 rooms) surrounding us that were propping their doors open and running in and out and letting the doors slam when we were trying to sleep keep in mind these were grown adults Not children doing this. Staff helped and after a solid hour the neighbors stopped.

We were there for only one night and the hotel served its purpose to perfection. Spacious rooms and continental breakfast was just enough.

Dirty socks in our room. It was stale and stagnant smelling. Hot tub was green remote didn’t work. Otherwise staff was friendly. Food was good. No other issues.

I don’t ever leave reviews unless it’s really bad. Hospitality was not good at all. I stayed three days and breakfast was bad. No one ever refilled coffee and every morning breakfast, there was something that they ran out of. Front desk attitude was just not good even when we asked if something could be refilled. And really, all management and upper staff should be ashamed of themselves for a hotel with this kind of service and I spend almost $300 per night to stay in. I just don’t get it.
