We could not get the heating and cooling system to consistantly maintain the temperature. It was either too hot (with the heater on) or too cold (when the air conditioner would turn on.) No matter how we adjusted the temperature it would not stay consistent. Also, the shower temperature of the water was never above lukewarm.

Great hotel, great location, and great staff

New hotel, perfect if you don’t want to pay the high prices of Jackson Hole! 30-45 mins drive from downtown Jackson Hole, but the beautiful scenic drive make it feel worth it! The front desk guy Sean was awesome with all the recommendations he gave us! He helped us plan ourselves the best way to enjoy Jackson!
