The pool wasn’t working properly and stunk bad. We had neighbors (4 rooms) surrounding us that were propping their doors open and running in and out and letting the doors slam when we were trying to sleep keep in mind these were grown adults Not children doing this. Staff helped and after a solid hour the neighbors stopped.

We were just there for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and everything was fine! Check-in went very smoothly. We left very early so not sure what breakfast was like. Would definitely stay there again though

The room meet my expectations. The rate for the night was overinflated due to a local event.

This hotel was great. After suffering flight delays and not arriving into Des Moines until 3:00 am we were delighted to find the shuttle bus waiting for us, and check in was quick. The room was quiet and comfortable so we were able to sleep soundly and recover from our journey.

Dirty socks in our room. It was stale and stagnant smelling. Hot tub was green remote didn’t work. Otherwise staff was friendly. Food was good. No other issues.
