Not a great breakfast spread, but a really good pool/hot tub area. Very fun. Themed rooms and quiet place. We had the massage chair, but it feels like it’s trying to split you in half when the shoulders compress. Very painful for my fiance. Can be a little hard to find your way around the property, but the staff is very helpful.

They gave us an occupied room, then gave us a room that wasn't clean. The breakfast options were below standard.

We had a lovely stay at the Iowa House. It used to be a fraternity house so is perfectly setup to be a B&B. The bedroom is spacious and nicely decorated. What we really enjoyed was the ability to use the dining room and living room 24 hours a day. We played cribbage in the dining area and it gave me the chance to really look at the details that were put into the space. It is beautifully decorated with seasonal items and has a warm comfortable feel throughout. It was very quiet. The breakfast was made to order and was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean quiet quick check in good breakfast

This place is tired. The room smelled musty and the property is in desperate need of maintenance. The exterior had lots of tall weeds, etc. There are several other lodging options in the immediate area which may be better options.
